The Retail Services Associate assists with the daily operations of The Shop to maximize sales and maintain operational standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring The Shop’s success and enhancing the visitor experience through high-quality retail services.

The Visitor Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This role will also monitor buildings and grounds to safeguard property against damage, hazardous situations or unauthorized entry; and perform related duties as required.

This position is open at the Assistant or Associate Curator level and offers a motivated individual the opportunity to create a dynamic program for twentieth-century art, with a primary focus on American art from 1945 to 2000, encompassing collections, exhibitions, research, and interpretation.

This position performs routine duties to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Museum and its grounds. Space readiness for internal and external events will also be part of this role.
