The Events Coordinator supports the execution of logistics and operations for facility rentals and Museum events. This role assists the Events Manager with organizing event setups, managing schedules, liaising with vendors, and may serve as day of Events Manager or assist with larger or more complex events.
Retail Services Manager
The Retail Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the shop’s design, accessories, retail POS system, and staffing. This role provides leadership for retail, wholesale, and web sales operations; oversees daily operations; ensures sound financial management to drive revenues to the Museum’s bottom line; and hires and supervises staff.
Retail Services Lead
The Retail Services Lead assists the Retail Services Manager with the daily operations of The Shop to maximize sales and maintain operational standards and will oversee shop operation at designated times. This role is pivotal in ensuring The Shop’s success and enhancing the visitor experience through high-quality retail services.
Curatorial Assistant
This position is open at the Assistant level for a two-year term. It offers a motivated individual the opportunity to gain curatorial experience and may serve as preparation for an advanced career in a museum curatorial department or for graduate study.

Visitor Experience Ambassador, On-Call
The Visitor Experience Ambassador is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This role will also monitor buildings and grounds to safeguard property against damage, hazardous situations or unauthorized entry; and perform related duties as required.
Assistant or Associate Curator of Twentieth-Century Art
This position is open at the Assistant or Associate Curator level and offers a motivated individual the opportunity to create a dynamic program for twentieth-century art, with a primary focus on American art from 1945 to 2000, encompassing collections, exhibitions, research, and interpretation.
