Omaha-based group, tbd.dance collective, will premiere an immersive and site specific experience featuring live music and movement in conversation with architecture, visual art, nature, and environment at The Joslyn. Dancers will perform on a modular, wooden stage created specifically for outdoor performance, as well as areas surrounding the sculptures and natural features in The Joslyn’s outdoor spaces. This is a free performance, designed for all ages, and supported in part by funding from The Douglas County Visitor Improvement Fund.
The artist-driven, nonprofit dance company, tbd.dance collective, operates under the belief that movement can be a platform for communication and connections, and their mission is to provide unique dance experiences through performance and education that encourage dialogue and expand perceptions of movement as an art form.
