Art Break: The Vintage at Château Lagrange by Jules Breton

Thu Jan 16, 12:30PM–1PM

Join us for a midday break, as we spend 30 minutes with one work of art: Jules Breton (French, 1827–1906), The Vintage at Château Lagrange, 1864. We’ll delve into the slow looking process, an approach that allows for learning and discovery through extended observation time. Kris Bergquist, Head of Community Programs, will introduce and guide the conversation.

The free, drop-in program takes place in Kiewit Gallery, Joslyn Building J4.  It is part of a series, occurring every two months in different spaces throughout the Museum.
