Located on the east side of the Hawks Pavilion lower level, the Community Room offers a simple, inviting atmosphere for a special event or focused off-site meeting. A buffet countertop is perfect for food and beverage service. Presentation assets include a 98” 4K screen with built-in sound, HDMI input and wireless connect options via AirMedia technology, wireless microphones, dimmable lighting, and electronically controlled room darkening shades. When raised, the shades reveal an eastern-facing glass wall overlooking the Courtyard Garden and several sculptures. Rental of the Community Room includes an outdoor area in the Courtyard Garden, protected from the elements by the Hawks Pavilion’s impressive second level cantilever.
