The Museum is a beautiful location for family portraits, graduating senior photos, engagement pictures, and more. Whether utilizing a professional or amateur photographer, all staged photography must be scheduled and approved in advance and a fee is charged.

*fee waived for a separate photo session associated with a wedding or reception rental at the Museum.
Sessions are allowed two hours before the Museum opens to the public (8–10 am) and two hours after close (4–6 pm). Evening sessions may not be booked on days when The Joslyn’s public hours are extended (Wed/Thu). Other date exclusions apply. Be sure to contact the Museum’s events staff to make reservations and payment in advance to ensure you are able to complete your session as planned.
Photo sessions with advance booking and payment may be held outside on The Joslyn grounds (e.g. gardens, Grand Steps) or inside in public areas (e.g. atriums, The Fountain Court). The galleries are not available for photo sessions.
