Rental Policies
Rental Policies:
- Set-up for all evening events starts no earlier than 4 pm.
- Daytime event range: 8 am–4 pm.
- Evening event range: 6 pm–midnight.
- Due at the signing of the contract: 50% of the rental; remaining 50% of the rental due ninety days prior to the event.
- Caterers and vendors must be chosen from the approved Joslyn list. Caterers and vendors not on the list must be approved by the events department prior to booking.
- All floor plans will be generated by The Joslyn’s events staff or approved by the events staff at least two weeks prior to the event.
Complete terms and conditions are contained in the facility rental contract, presented for review and signature at the time of booking.
