The Joslyn’s Highlights This tour includes a wide-ranging look at some of the most well-known and beloved objects in the Museum’s collection of more than 12,000 objects that represent 5,000 years of human creativity and the world’s diverse cultures. The Joslyn Art Museum in Omaha, Nebraska, invites the public to explore art spanning eras and cultures. General museum admission is free, made possible by philanthropic support and membership. The collection features European and American painting and sculpture, modern and contemporary works, and art from ancient civilizations, presented across a historic landmark building and newer galleries and garden spaces. Throughout the year the museum hosts special exhibitions, tours, lectures, performances, camps, and family programs that connect visitors with artists and ideas. As a regional hub for learning and creativity, The Joslyn supports students, educators, and lifelong learners through accessible interpretation and community partnerships.
