Assistant/Associate Art Preparator
This role supports the Collections Department in the care and installation of the Museum’s permanent collection and temporary exhibitions. Working closely with curators, designers, registrars, conservators, and artists, the role helps maintain the collections and create engaging displays while following professional museum standards and best practices.
Building Operations Coordinator
This role supports the daily operation and readiness of the Museum through strong administrative organization, coordination, and operational planning. This is a highly administrative and coordination-focused role, centered on organization, planning, scheduling, and operational coordination rather than hands-on maintenance.
Visitor Experience Ambassador PT
This position creates a welcoming environment for all Museum visitors. They monitor buildings and grounds, protect museum assets, ensure visitor safety, and prevent unauthorized access. Responsibilities include enforcing public space rules, reporting on activities, interacting with visitors and staff, and staying alert to potential hazards to maintain a safe and positive environment.
Preferred schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, with a minimum of 21 hours per week. This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and special events.
