Watercolor: Significant Objects (Teens & Adults)

Fri Mar 20, 10AM–12PM

Fridays: February 20, 27, March 6, 13, 20; 10 am–noon

General Public: $120; Joslyn Members: $102

Develop fundamental watercolor skills, like layering colors and creating transparent washes, as you work from observation of still-life arrangements. We’ll use objects of personal significance to compose our paintings, while exploring themes of identity, memory, and emotion. Visits to Dripping Earth: Cannupa Hanska Luger will inspire us as we learn to use symbols to convey deeper meanings, emotions, and ideas.

Teaching Artist: Telagio Baptista
