Led by Clean Slate Executive Chef Anna Hartman, The Durham Cafe at The Joslyn serves thoughtful foods at a quick-service pace during all regular Museum hours. To complement the international focus of the Museum’s collection, the menu takes guests on a delicious world tour, reflecting the diverse cultures explored in the galleries.

The Durham Cafe presented by Clean Slate offers a range of made-to-order dishes and grab & go options, alongside a full-service coffee bar featuring the renowned roasts of Archetype Coffee, a local Omaha favorite with a national reputation.
