Spotlight talks

Free, drop-in program 

Join us for a 30-minute, midday gallery talk that delves into community-engaged and art historical research of works on view, presented by The Joslyn’s curatorial staff. This program is offered on select Wednesdays throughout the year.  

Featured work: N.C. Wyeth (American, 1882–1945), Illustration for Fisk Cord Tires, 1919, oil on canvas mounted on panel, 32 × 71 1/2 in. (81.3 × 181.6 cm), Joslyn Art Museum, Omaha, Nebraska, Museum purchase with funds from Collectors’ Choice VI, 1995, and the Major Art Purchase Fund, 1995.2

Thomas H. Price, PhD, Richard and Mary Holland Assistant Curator of American Western Art, will lead this program.
