Art print featuring Grant Wood’s Stone City, Iowa, a hallmark of American Regionalism. Printed on heavyweight paper, 15.75" x 12".

Stone City, Iowa (1930) is one of Grant Wood’s most celebrated visions of the American Midwest. With its rolling green hills, clustered buildings, and rhythmic curves, the painting transforms a familiar landscape into an idealized, almost lyrical scene. Wood—central to the Regionalist movement—sought to elevate the everyday environments of the Midwest, portraying them with clarity, structure, and a touch of stylization that feels both familiar and dreamlike. This work reflects his deep connection to place and his belief that the landscapes of Iowa held artistic and cultural significance equal to any found abroad.
